Engagement + Payment Terms
This Flexible Statement of Work + Blocks of Hours is a time and expense engagement. The Client will pay for time worked and authorized expenses …
Hours are sold in pre-purchased buckets, valid until fully utilized. Work will be allocated from these hours. Transparent tracking via Project Dashboard.
Billing: invoice upfront for XXX-hour block. Notify at 50% and 95% thresholds. Work stops at 100% if next block not paid. Payment of a block = acceptance of previous block deliverables.
Billable Engagement Categories:
- Communications with Client
- Virtual Meetings
- Engagement Production (planning, building, documenting, testing, etc.)
Refunds are not available; hours do not expire and remain usable.
Client Responsiveness and Engagement Flexibility
Client must provide timely feedback, approvals, and information. Changes outside scope require written amendment. Unforeseen challenges may require additional resources via written amendment. Disagreements resolved via dialogue.
Access Requests
Provider requires admin access to platforms, accounts, and assets … handled securely.
Vendor and Engagement Management
Provider is exclusive engagement manager. Additional vendors only by Provider approval. Client consulted as needed. Work remains under Provider oversight.
Ownership of Work
Upon full payment, Client owns all accounts, files, and digital assets created. Provider will transfer credentials and files. Intellectual property rights pass to Client.
